1. Spinning

2. Compilation

  Knitting is a process in which yarns are organized into coils of yarns to form a fabric through a loom. This is also the fundamental difference between knitted garments and woven garments.

At the same time, the weft-knitting process and machine structure are relatively simple and easy to operate. 3. Cloth inspection

Because the quality of the grey cloth is directly related to the quality and output of the finished product, it is necessary to check whether the number of horses, size, density, batch number, and linear density meet the requirements according to the cutting cloth ingredient list before cutting. Once the inspection is carried out, all kinds of defects that affect the quality of the finished product, such as stains, missing needles, holes, oil stains, etc., must be marked and quality recorded.
